We are so grateful to the Union Acute inpatient physical therapy team who cared for my dad after a recent fall. It was a difficult time for our family and we weren’t sure what the road ahead would look like. From the beginning, the therapists were patient, compassionate, and encouraging. They worked so hard with my dad, meeting him where he was each day and pushing him to get stronger and more confident, never giving up on him, even on the difficult days. Because of their dedication, hard work, and genuine care, my dad was able to gain enough strength and independence to return home. We will always be thankful for the people who helped get him there. Thank you for treating my dad with kindness, dignity, and compassion, and for giving our family hope during such a difficult time. You truly made a difference in his recovery and in all of our lives.

There needs to be accountability from everyone—from residents, to staff, to upper management. The current environment is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

Katie was the only nurse that cared during my mom’s stay. The nurses refused to change her dressings at the beginning of her stay even though there was an order for them to be changed. I had to threaten to call the board of nursing before they changed the dressings on her wounds. One of the wounds ended up infected after that. Several staff members were rude, and they acted like it was a burden for them to have to speak to a family member.

OK, well I just want to say It’s been a good place. I’ve enjoyed it. I’ve had a good stay. They really helped me a lot. Food been good and all I got good service and they’ve been real good to me.

They. Make everyone feel at home. Very friendly sweet employees. And the best communication from top to bottom. And I love Robin.

My mom received excellent care and therapy services at Union Post Acute. This was my mom’s second time at the facility. The nursing staff were caring and attentive. My aunt has also been at the facility for respite care. My family highly recommends Union Post Acute.

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The treatment my husband received his first few days there was very unacceptable.

Union Post Acute has such a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much the staff truly care about the residents. There’s a warmth here that makes it feel more like home than a facility. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels included and cared for, and that kind of dedication really shows. It’s a wonderful community that I would highly recommend.

Whoever comes here they will be well treated the staff is own time and everybody’s friendly if you let them be friendly and that’s that’s what I like to say

I live here, not happy as my ex plopped me down. I’m in a wheelchair as my knee gives out constantly. I can stand for short periods of time. All I want is my own apt so I can get a large dog and a car. I originally wanted a german shep, but anything that size will suffice, male or female, I don’t care .

My mom has been at Union Post Acute for 2 1/2 years and the staff has been wonderful!!! She has made friends and loves being there

They took really good care of my friends grandmother and she loves it there i would recomend them to everyone

Being at UPA was a wondeeful experience. I was well taken care of. I can’t say thank you enough, as I am able to go home today!!

Union Post Acute takes great care of their patients… especially Kiara. Therapy working with me has made me feel stronger and more independent. Also, a special shout out to two very special ladies who make me feel loved everyday .. Deb and Andrea in Activities. I know if I don’t straighten up when I go home, I will need rehab again, and they will be my first choice. Thanks to Ashley for getting me here .

The nursing staff is wonderful that I have experienced. The care that is offered is like anywhere, sometimes great days and sometimes we have our days. Therapy group is definitely getting me stronger and pushing me on days that I don’t truly want to. And at the end of the day, I would still choose Union Post Acute for my rehab needs.

My first admission to this facility was in 2018. Since then I have chosen to come to Union Post Acute, with previous names obviously, an additional 4 times. As time passed, my family and I realized I would now need skilled care going forward. Living at UPA as a long term care resident has allowed me to see some really good people that don’t only come to work for a paycheck. Everyday is not picture perfect, but at the end of the day , I still call Union Post Acute HOME.

Outpatient Therapy brought me further along in the recovery. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Always looked forward to seeing them. Would recommend to anyone who needs Outpatient Therapy.

A family friend was taken to this facility from the hospital. Apparently they are short staffed as in she laid in her on feces for several hours. She had pushed the button several times. This has happened more than once in her stay. No bottom sheets were placed on her bed for several days. When asked why, they didn’t have enough. She had to ask for her dinner one night, because they forgot her. No bath for 5 days. If you are short staffed, please don’t take on more than you can handle. Please think twice before you send your loved one here.
